Examples of specialized experience include: experience contributing to the development of oil and gas measurement regulations and policies, analyzing oil and gas measurement equipment to ensure accountability and verification of volumes reported, and communicating measurement regulatory requirements to agency personnel and stakeholders. Experience should be within energy activities such as oil and gas, drilling practices; production techniques and equipment, metering devices and measurement of oil and gas; inspection and enforcement; and reservoir management.
