3. In addition to meeting the basic requirements described above, do you have at least one (1) year of specialized professional law experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in or related to the work of this position that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position? This specialized experience includes:

- Experience in providing direction to, and management of the performance of the attorneys, paralegals and other personnel in an Administration Law Group (ALG) of an Office of General Counsel (OGC), or the equivalent in a private law firm.
- Experience in the recruitment and hiring of attorneys, paralegals, interns, and support staff.
- Experience in providing legal oversight and technical guidance in connection with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Trade Secrets Act (TSA), Privacy Act and related statutes, regulations, and administrative/regulatory matters.; AND
- Experience in providing legal guidance and litigation support in all aspects of personnel matters, including under the Equal Employment Opportunity Act.
