16. Present research and analytical findings to the agency's senior leadership and other internal and external groups at meetings, conferences, and other venues. (limit characters)
17. Analyze anticipated changes in data capacity requirements to provide a managed flow of relevant information. (limit characters)
18. Participate in the development of new plans, schedules, or methods to accommodate changing manpower levels. (limit characters)
