2. Do you possess the rank of TSgt/E6 - MSgt/E7? (limit characters)
3. Do you possess the AFSC of 3F071? (limit characters)
4. Do you possess a secret security clearance? (limit characters)
5. Must have at least one year of specialized experiences at the GS-07 level or the equivalent which provided a basic working knowledge of National Guard missions, organizations, and personnel programs. Must have a basic knowledge and experiences of personnel programs gained in a classroom or as an on-the-job trainee. Have knowledge-based competency of human resources business elements and can discuss terminology, concepts, principles, and issues related to this competency. Experienced in using references and resource materials and experienced in program functions such as, maintaining personnel records, counseling, or classification and assignments. Experiences may include performing personnel functions associated with preparing and maintaining position descriptions and manual records, personnel classification or usage, quality force management, managing personnel records and researching record data. Experienced in operating a computer and using varied computer programs.

1. Demonstrated knowledge of various military human resources system requirements and military pay, allowance, and travel procedures for assigned unit i.e., MilPDS, PRDA, VPC-GR, AROWS, DTS, etc. (limit characters)
2. Demonstrated working knowledge and skill in compiling information, preparing reports by retrieving and formatting information available from various sources or personnel systems, researching, interpreting, analyzing and applying higher headquarters guidelines, policies, programs and regulations. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of military personnel programs sufficient to provide technical assistance to senior leaders, supervisors or members. (limit characters)
4. Demonstrated working knowledge in tracking, reviewing and maintaining military records. (limit characters)
5. Skill in effective communication advising senior officer/enlisted leaders, commanders, supervisors, and employees on personnel matters, both orally and in writing at all levels of an organization. (limit characters)
