To be minimally qualified for this position you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 13 level that demonstrated accomplishment in assignments where the applicant is the authoritative program expert with substantial responsibility for performing analytical and evaluative staff work primarily involving financial management and strategic planning.
