You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes experience applying the legal and regulatory requirements for the privacy and disclosure of sensitive information. Examples include the application of the Privacy Act or Section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code to business operations and development of procedural guidance designed to ensure privacy protections are included in business processes. In addition, you must have experience applying a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, sufficient to accomplish programs or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations; experience communicating effectively both orally and in writing and experience with federal or other business operations and how privacy and disclosure requirements apply to core functions.
