Participates in the development of policies and procedures to ensure to prevent and defend against unauthorized access to systems, networks, and data.

Conducts and participates in risk and vulnerability assessments to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and protection needs.

Promote awareness of cybersecurity issues to ensure IT security principles are implemented within organization systems.
5.
Utilizes the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) and associated automated tools such as the Cyber Security Assessment and Management (CSAM) and Rally to access and report metrics.

Tracks cybersecurity continuous monitoring through the development of cybersecurity metrics.
7.
Reviews, tracks, and coordinates cybersecurity Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) data and schedule development.
8.
Continuously inform user of outages and new features regarding cybersecurity software tools and outages.
9.
Managed Cyber Security Assessment and Management (CSAM) software by performing account creation, modification, revocation and certification.
10.
Maintain compliance with plans, policies, and guidance to establish the framework of all IT programs within the organization.
11.
Troubleshoot and identify areas that can approve.
12.
Use various methods such as cybersecurity assessments, artifact and risk through an Enterprise Governance and Risk Compliance (eGRC) tool.
13.
Research Enterprise Governance and Risk Compliance (eGRC) tools in the marketplace to minimize risks and to develop workflows.
