You must have (1) one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the grade 12 level in the Federal service. Experience with negotiation and conflict resolution techniques to collaborate in a team environment; oral and written techniques to develop course material and prepare and deliver briefings, and experience managing/leading teams involved in the development of training products.
