1. This position is in the Arizona Air National Guard and requires membership with the Arizona Air National Guard. This position is open to the U.S. Armed Forces and those eligible in becoming a member with the Arizona Air National Guard.

5. 18 months experience or training which provided a knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles. Experience in fabricating fuel, oil and vacuum hose lines. Experience in servicing, maintaining, disassembling assembling, repairing and testing hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience in diagnosing malfunctions and overhauling pneudraulic accessories by disassembling, cleaning part and examining parts. Experience in diagnosing trouble and determining remedies. Experience in repairing, rebuilding and overhauling major systems of ground equipment and pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Experience in mechanic repairs using hand tools and test equipment. Experience that demonstrates the ability to interpret technical manuals, specifications and publications.

1. Ability to utilize electrical wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics and technical publications, determines extent and type of preventative and/or repair maintenance required. (limit characters)
2. Ability to connect power sources, and use cockpit controls, gauges and additional precision instruments, perform operational and functional checks of inflight refueling, single point refueling and fuel transfer systems and related valves, pumps, switches, selectors, and control devices. 3. Knowledge to diagnose and overhaul fuel accessories by disassembling, cleaning, and examining parts for corrosion, scratches, cracks or other damage. (limit characters)
4. Skill to locate and isolate leaks in fuel tanks/cells, repair and test cells (within aircraft or after removing components) if required, installs, reconnects, and tests the components and systems. (limit characters)
5. Ability to prepare for and participate in various types of readiness evaluations such as ORI, IG, and DE inspections, mobility, and command support exercises. (limit characters)
