B. I qualify for the EL/GS 12 because I have at least one year of qualifying experience equivalent to EL/GS 11 performing most or all of the following: (1) conducting legal research and analysis and providing legal advice related to one or more of the following topics: the regulation of depository institutions or other types of financial institutions; affordable housing and community investment matters; secondary mortgage markets; or single-family or multifamily housing transactions; (2) participating in the drafting of regulations or other guidance materials; and (3) supporting the review of legal documents and provision of legal advice for complex financial transactions.

C. I qualify for the EL/GS 13 because I have at least one year of qualifying experience equivalent to EL/GS 12 performing most or all of the following: (1) conducting legal research and analysis and providing legal advice related to one or more of the following topics: the regulation of depository institutions or other types of financial institutions; affordable housing and community investment matters; secondary mortgage markets; or single-family or multifamily housing transactions; (2) reviewing legal documents and providing legal advice for complex financial transactions; and (3) participating in the drafting of regulations or other guidance materials.
