- Producing television and internet ready video in a range of formats, including newscasts, newsfeeds, live interactive discussions, feature programs, journalist roundtables, video magazines, documentaries, and similar formats.
- Serving as acting supervisor, leader of ad-hoc teams, team leader, project leader, or other quasi-supervisory assignments that prepared applicant to be a supervisor.
- Having responsibility for set design, graphic look, music selection, and assembling live and pre-taped elements to develop programming that is attractive and competitive in the intended media market.
- Performing assignments that provide a good understanding of political, economic, cultural and historical conditions in Iran, including the subtle cultural differences between the U.S. and Iran, as well as providing an overall understanding of U.S. policies on global issues, such as foreign relations, economic security, environmental protection, and other concerns, to produce programming tailored to the target audience.
