Assessment 1
For the GS-12 level, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 level.  Specialized experience includes:

- Completing computer project assignments that are directly related to IT support, AND
- Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents; AND
- Providing leadership for timely completion of tasks.
