Provided guidance regarding civil and judicial protocols to other state, local, and federal investigators with regards to drug and chemical diversion laws, regulations, and programs.

Presented DEA's position through the answering of both routine and technical (controversial and complex) correspondence pertaining to drug and chemical diversion laws, regulations, and program.

Developed documents related to management of an agency program or division, such as program policies, planning documents, mission statements, proposed legislation, or agency-wide guidelines pertaining to specialized law enforcement and/or regulatory compliance subjects.

Analyzed and resolved complex issues affecting the establishment of program goals and objectives for the program area supervised, and the development of program evaluation strategies and methodologies relating to drug and chemical Diversion Control Program matters.

Analyzed agency trends to recommend the formulation of policies and implementation of new regulations.
