- Applying laws and regulations relating to the labeling, formulation and/or production of alcohol beverages, other beverages, or food products. ; AND
- Analyzing or researching and reporting on laws, regulations, policies and procedures applicable to alcohol beverages, other beverages, or food products.

Education: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related, OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, in an accredited college or university that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
