IC CAE scholars are U.S. citizens and current students at an active or Legacy IC CAE Institution, or an individual who has graduated from such an institution, who has successfully completed at least one course in IC CAE study areas, such as Intelligence, National Security, Cybersecurity, STEM, language or other areas of study as determined by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), to meet Intelligence Community needs, participates in, or participated in, while matriculated, at least two IC CAE-focused activities each school year, and is interested in a career within the Intelligence Community.
