The incumbent is responsible for the operation maintenance, repair, modification, and preventive maintenance of all equipment, assigned to Climate Control Section, and Medical Center. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, all Climate Control systems, i.e., air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and exhaust, cooling towers, chillers, refrigeration systems and units, operation, maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance of the Graphic Control Center, laundry processing equipment, kitchen equipment and various types of pumps, motors, compressor, and rolling equipment such as wheelchairs, stretchers, carts, and beds.
