A. I possess 6 months general experience and 6 months specialized experience. General experience is defined as (1) any type of work that demonstrates the applicant's ability to perform the work of the position, or (2) experience that provided a familiarity with the subject matter or processes of the broad subject area of the occupation. Specialized experience is defined as experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-03 grade-level in the Federal service. Specialized experience may include: Assisting with data collection, data analyses, and analyses of instrumentation data.

I have completed 2 full academic years of post-high school study or an associates degree (two years of full-time academic study is defined as 60 semester hours, 90 quarter hours, or the equivalent in a college or university)in an engineering concentration, or a related discipline/academic program.

B. I possess one year (18 semester hours) of graduate education in an engineering concentration, or a field related to the position.

C. I have a bachelor's degree AND meet one of the Superior Academic Achievement Provisions. 1. Maintained a grade-point average of "B" (a GPA of 3.0 or higher) for all completed undergraduate courses, or those completed in the last two years of undergraduate study, -OR- 2.
