1. This position is in the Arizona Army National Guard and requires membership with the Arizona Army National Guard. This position is open to the U.S. Armed Forces and those eligible in becoming a member with the Arizona Army National Guard.

5. Must have at least 36 months experience, education, or training routine and non-routine preflight, in-flight, post-flight, ground or command and control (C2) duties according to specific transportation functions. Receives, interprets, extracts, and disseminates relevant data for mission planning or execution. Experience coordinating and negotiating with organizations/personnel both orally and in writing to resolve differences/problems.

1. Thorough knowledge of radar operation fundamentals, characteristics, and limitations of ground based warning C2, surveillance, and mission systems. (limit characters)
2. Comprehensive knowledge of and skill in surveillance, target detection and tracking, reporting, receiving, displaying, recording and relaying threat data. (limit characters)
3. Knowledge and capability to comprehend, plan, coordinate and apply communications methods and analytical techniques. (limit characters)
4. Knowledge of battle management concepts and principles. (limit characters)
5. Ability to work as a Ground ISR crew team member or team leader and effectively coordinate with other team members. (limit characters)
