Experience coordinating and negotiating with organizations/personnel both orally and in writing to resolve differences/problems.

Thorough knowledge of radar operation fundamentals, characteristics, and limitations of ground based warning C2, surveillance, and mission systems.

Comprehensive knowledge of and skill in surveillance, target detection and tracking, reporting, receiving, displaying, recording and relaying threat data.
3.
Knowledge and capability to comprehend, plan, coordinate and apply communications methods and analytical techniques.
4.
Knowledge of battle management concepts and principles.
5.
Ability to work as a Ground ISR crew team member or team leader and effectively coordinate with other team members.
