From the descriptions below, select the appropriate response based on your level of experience, education, and/or training, that you fully possess and that demonstrates your ability to perform Motor Vehicle Operator duties without more than normal supervision.

A. I have the ability to perform the most difficult and complex operation and maintenance of gasoline and diesel powered equipment and warehousing tasks. I am skilled in operating equipment to include generators, wheeled vehicles, and semi trailer combinations up to a 70 ton capacity, preforming vehicle maintenance to include servicing vehicle brake systems, and performing a variety of warehousing tasks. I am considered an expert and work with a high degree of independence.

B. I have the ability to perform the full range of operation and maintenance of gasoline and diesel powered equipment and warehousing tasks. I am skilled in operating equipment to include generators, wheeled vehicles, and semi trailers, performing preventive vehicle maintenance to include taking oil samples, installing wiper blades, and checking tire and air pressure, performing a variety of warehousing tasks . I work on my own initiative under general supervision subject to occasional inspection.

C. I have the ability to perform common operation of gasoline powered equipment and warehousing tasks. I can operate wheeled vehicles to include forklifts, perform preventive maintenance to include checking fluid levels and tire pressure, and perform basic warehousing tasks. I work under close supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.

D. I have the ability to perform simple operation of gasoline powered equipment and warehousing tasks or I have received training on operation of wheeled vehicles, performance of preventive maintenance, and performance of basic warehousing tasks.

E. I do not possess the abilities described above.
