The Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) is currently operating under an approved reengineered Priority Placement Program (PPP) pilot for all positions in its serviced workforce. Thank you for applying to the Computer Engineer/Computer Scientist GG-0854/1550-15 position with the Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), Test and Evaluation Directorate (T&E).

Computer Engineer (GG-854): Select the appropriate answer to each of the following questions based on your current level of education and/or experience that demonstrates your ability to perform the duties of a Computer Engineer. Computer Scientist (GG-1550): Select the appropriate answer to each of the following questions based on your current level of education and/or experience that demonstrates your ability to perform the duties of a Computer Scientist. For the GG-15, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as experience developing and applying test, evaluation, and assessment concepts, theories, principles, standards, and techniques to create new applications, resolve unique problems and design test procedures related to artificial intelligence.
This position has Conditions of Employment that must be obtained prior to your start date and maintained for the duration of this employment.

This position requires you to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI. A Special Background Investigation (SBI) is required with favorable adjudication by a determining authority. Are you willing to meet the security clearance requirements?
