Collaborate with the command Historian to develop enterprise-level/DoD cyber program plans for use across the DoD program community and, as appropriate, by other DoD and non-DoD program partners.

Collaborate with the command Historian to provide a continuing stream of guidance to support the conduct of historical analyses throughout the program community.
