QUALIIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Specialized Experience GS-14: To be minimally qualified for this position you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: Must have experience developing, implementing and managing an enterprise-wide digital technology program that includes managing web development and design, editorial, information architecture, data transparency, social media and digital technologies in order to present Agency information to the public. Experience with digital engagement processes to plan, design, develop, deploy, and manage a variety of digital communications platforms; and experience with digital media management, including the latest technical developments to evaluate the effectiveness of digital platforms for engagement goals and best practices in management of content, to disseminate timely information to a variety of audiences. Experience using analytical and evaluative methods to plan and coordinate activities, present recommendations, provide advice and guidance, present briefings, write reports, draft policies, and procedures, and lead/participate in meetings. Experience in web metrics analysis, report crafting, and leveraging digital media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, in order to recommend changes to digital media platforms that will more effectively inform and engage target audiences. Experience with user design and user experience (UX) fundamentals; user research, persona development, website assessment, user interviews, focus groups, wireframe design, and developer requirements gathering to improve communications inside and outside the Department and meet mission objectives. Experience with security requirements and Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts associated with publication of information on public websites.
