Assessment 1
To be qualified for this position at the GS-15 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level. This experience is defined as:
- Leading the communications and marketing strategy for a corporation or government agency; AND
- Developing and writing communications for senior executive leadership, including keynote addresses, speeches, talking points, remarks, and Q&A; AND
- Developing and implementing social media relations and public relations plans, including issue spotting and response mechanisms; AND
- Managing a communication team responsible for enterprise communications.
