Specialized experience is one full year, (52 weeks), of experience at the GS-09 level that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes:
- Assisting in the implementation and administration of IT investment management processes, such as Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC); AND
- Performing data analysis, conducting research, and supporting the preparation of investment business cases; AND
