Must have at least 36 months experience analyzing problems, identifying significant factors, gathering pertinent data and recognizing solutions; preparing reports, plans, policies and various correspondence; evaluating objectives and develop plans to facilitate the availability and effective utilization of various resources; Must have knowledge of the organization and its mission and utilized the organizational staff procedures. Experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations carried out by administrative or professional personnel, or substantive administrative support functions. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.

Ability to manage all aspects of the GTC operations in order to provide 24 hour operational readiness in support of national defense and state/territory determined initiatives and missions.
2.
Skill to directly be responsible for the management of a variety of Federal and State funds to support the GTC operations in accordance with current laws, regulations, and policy.

Ability to communicate and perform complex coordination, inside and outside the training center, with National Guard Bureau (NGB) personnel, the commands of other MACOMs, other DoD agencies, heads of federal agencies and states on matters pertaining to funds usage, supply, and training support activities at the training center.
4.
Skill to exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
5.
Ability to ensure the training center is fully operational, on short notice (less than 24 hours), to support troops and units which are trained, certified, and immediately deployed to the war fight.
