Eligibilities
1.
Are you a Department of Defense (DoD) Air Force Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) employee separated by a business-based action within the last year? Do you have experience to plan and organize work and coordinate the work of other engineering disciplines and architects?

Do you have experience with professional architectural concepts to serve as a technical authority for review of design criteria for major projects, accomplish surveys and studies, and develop special reports and briefings?
11.
Do you have experience with practices and project management related to the design and construction of facilities, and related disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, civil and structural engineering?
12.
Do you have a current Professional Registration in at least of 50 states in the United States?
13.
Do you have the skill to design such facilities that can be acquired through completion of at least a Bachelors degree in Architecture, supplemented with necessary internship required for qualification for professional registration testing?
14.
Do you have experience writing Statements of Work (SOW), Statement of Objectives (SOO), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Qualifications?
15.
Do you have any cost estimating experience?
