I am exercising my preference eligibility for positions within the local commuting area of my sponsor's current duty station. This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required. Are you willing to undergo pre-employment and recurring investigations to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required?

Financial Disclosure Statement OGE Form 450 is used to assist agencies and employees to avoid conflicts between duties and financial interest. This position requires pre-employment financial disclosure and annually thereafter in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R. Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315. While probationary the incumbent can be terminated with limited appeal rights. Are you willing to serve a one year probationary period?

This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time. Are you willing and able to travel away from your permanent duty station up to 10% of the time?

Position requires certification in the Controlled Substance Personnel Reliability Program (CS-PRP), IAW AR 190-13. Enrollment in the CPRP is a condition of employment, which requires personnel, security, medical, and law enforcement records checks and is subject to initial and random drug testing. Are you willing to be certified in the Controlled Substance Personnel Reliability Program and submit to random drug testing?

Position requires certification in the Chemical Personnel Reliability Program (CPRP), IAW AR 50-6.
