A. I have one year specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 or GS-11 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes; 1) Developing annual/multi-year fiscal program plans using planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE) process; 2) Developing cost and program acquisition lifecycle management documentation for assigned programs; 3) Advising the Program Manager regarding the status, efficiency, or effectiveness of acquisition programs and 4) Experience with financial management systems such as Standard Operations Maintenance Research and Development System (SOMARDS) and General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).

B. I do not possess the experience as listed above.
