6. Manages the EEO complaints processing program. Responsibilities include advising management and employees regarding the complaint process; attempting to resolve issues; training supervisors, managers and employees on the complaint process; identifying program weaknesses, monitoring progress and reporting on the disposition of complaints; making recommendations and persuading management to take identified corrective actions. 7. Serves as the ADR expert and resource to all levels throughout the Medical Center. Identifies and analyzes the full range of ADR issues, cases, policies, programs, procedures and regulations to determine areas needing improvement. Oversees and coordinates roster of mediators available to provide ADR services to the Medical Center and assists in the recruitment and training of qualified Mediators within the Medical Center.
