This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required. Are you willing to undergo pre-employment and recurring investigations to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required?

This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health & ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position. Are you willing to submit to a pre-employment physical and willing to maintain a level of physical fitness to obtain and maintain employment as required?

The duties of this position meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs. Detection of the presence of drugs is warranted. This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident. Are you willing to refrain from the use of illegal drugs and submit to a pre-employment drug screening and random testing thereafter to obtain and maintain employment in this position?

This position is subject to the provisions of the Domestic Violence Offender Gun Ban commonly referred to as the Lautenberg Amendment. This act bans individuals convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence and certain others from possession or access to firearms or ammunition. (False or fraudulent information provided by candidates is criminally punishable by fine or imprisonment per 18 U.S.C. Section 1001). Are you willing and able to obtain and maintain eligibility for this position based on the provisions of the Lautenberg Amendment?

This position has a requirement to lift up to 50lbs. in the regular performance of duties. Are you willing and able to meet the lifting requirement?

This is a Term position scheduled to last 13 months. A term position may be extended to a maximum of six years depending upon the needs of management. Are you available for term employment?

Term employment is subject to a one year trial period. Employees serving a trial period can be removed with limited appeal rights. Are you willing to serve a one year trial period?

This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 15% of the time. Are you willing and able to travel away from your permanent duty station up to 15% of the time?

This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Are you willing and able to work an assigned shift to meet work requirements?

This position requires the employee to use personal protective equipment provided by the employer. Are you willing to use employer-provided PPE as required?

This position requires the incumbent to meet the requirements of AMC-R 350-4, Training and Certification Program for personnel working in ammunition operations, within one year of appointment. Are you willing to meet the requirements of AMC-R 350-4 within one year of appointment?

The incumbent must be able to operate forklift up to 15,000 lb.capacity. Do you currently hold a forklift license, or are you willing to obtain a forklift license?
