This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). This is a Critical Acquisition Position. The selectee must execute, as condition of appointment, a written agreement to remain in Federal service in the position for at least three years. Selectees must meet the position requirements for certification at Level 2 (Practitioner) in Engineering & Technical Management within 60 months of entrance on duty.
