This position is open to applicants Area 1 and 2 applicants. What is your current area of consideration?
AREA 1: Current permanent and indefinite technicians of the Nebraska Army or Air National Guard; and current Title 5 employees of the Nebraska Military Department who are military members of the Nebraska National Guard.
AREA 2: All Drill Status/M-Day members and temporary technicians of the Nebraska Air or Army National Guard.
AREA 3: Current military service members who are willing and eligible to become members of the Nebraska Air or Army National Guard.
AREA 4: All qualified candidates eligible and willing to become a member of the Nebraska National Air or Army National Guard prior to the effective date of hire.

Formulates long and short range plans for the development of range facilities and the training area.

Develops input for the five year Installation development plan, to include justifications for construction, programming documents, maps, overlays, and sketches.

Conducts training classes.
6.
Coordinates with user organizations for use of and training facilities.
7.
Reviews and approves schedules to ensure maximum training opportunities.
8.
Coordinates with using organizations to assist in obtaining support if not available to the training site, with units having requested support capabilities.
9.
Conducts surveys or after action reviews to assess adequacy of existing facilities to meet training requirements, and reviews the installation five year plan to ensure it meets existing and future requirements.
