SPECIALIZED EXPEREINCE GS-5: Do you have one (1) year of specialized experience that equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) needed to successfully perform the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled? To be creditable, this experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-4 level in Federal service. Specialized experience includes: assisting in the review of applicant data for completion and accuracy and using databases and software. 2. SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE GS-5: Have you successfully completed four (4) years of education above the high school level in any field? This education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite.
