Conduct statistical analyses of large datasets.

Conduct a range of statistical analyses including but not limited to multiple regression and ANOVAs (Analysis of Variances).

Advising on analytical methodologies in grant proposals, contract solicitations and work plans, and in-house studies.

Apply knowledge of the nonprofit arts and the artistic disciplines/fields to ensure that data collection and statistical procedures and processes are feasible and reasonable.

Advise on social science research methods used in grant proposals, contract solicitations and work plans, and in-house studies.

Formulate research questions in consultation with other agency staff and/or representatives of interested external groups and that are informed by research evidence.

Prepare research-based conceptual frameworks, theories of change, logic models and measurement frameworks as a preliminary step to planning a research or evaluation study.

Conduct or oversee the design and testing of research instruments and/or protocols.
12.
Conduct an arts-related research or evaluation study.
13.
Facilitate town halls and focus groups, conduct interviews, and apply other methods of qualitative data collection.
14.
Analyze information using qualitative data analysis methods.
15.
Manage a contract for a research, evaluation, or analytical project, including overseeing statistical analyses conducted by contractors to ensure accuracy.
16.
Provide technical leadership and serves as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
17.
Monitor and/or review contractor performance.
18.
Prepare a statement of work for an analytical, research or evaluation project and work with a Contracting Officer to establish a contracting strategy.
19.
Establish general specifications and detailed time schedules for data content, collection, and dissemination.
20.
Present research and analytical findings to the agency's senior leadership and other internal and external groups and lead organizational learning activities including webinars and seminars.
21.
Participate in the development of new plans, schedules, or methods to accommodate changing staffing levels.
