1. There are no specific lengths or level of experience requirements. The applicant's overall background of experience, education and training must clearly demonstrate the ability to perform utility systems repairer operator duties, such as maintaining, repairing, starting, stopping, and operating all the equipment associated with an BMW Co-generation plant, high pressure steam boiler plant and large industrial chiller plant under the supervision a shift supervisor or equivalent. Must possess or be able to pass EPA Universal CFC Certification within 6 months of starting employment (limit characters)
2. Operating high-pressure central plan steam boiler's, centrifugal air compressors, and large capacity centrifugal chillers. (limit characters)

9. Starts, stops, and controls the speed of machinery, including hot and cold-water circulating pumps, chilled and condensed water pumps, refrigeration compressor, ventilating fans and other related equipment. (limit characters)
10. Maintains and established chemical program by performing tests, blowing down boilers and towers, and maintaining required chemical parameters in various equipment. (limit characters)
11. Working knowledge of control wiring, electrical wiring, and boiler control systems. (limit characters)
12. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams for pneumatic or electronic controls, schematic drawings, piping plans and specifications regarding servicing and operation of equipment. (limit characters)
13. Assists in the design and commissioning of NIST's (or similar) boiler, steam distribution, chilled water, co-generation, and all Plant auxiliary systems. (limit characters)

15. Takes hourly readings of all temperature, pressure, and electric generation gauges and counter meters. (limit characters)
