(1) Experience performing private market fund investing and/or direct equity investing, including ecosystem support, business development, and/or conducting financial and operational analyses, in support of venture capital, real assets, and/or private equity fund managers and/or their portfolio companies / assets;
(2) Experience leading due diligence and overseeing transaction management, collaborating with other departments and outside advisors, and experience in preparing investment proposals and presenting to internal and/or external parties for approval;
(3) Experience reviewing and negotiating legal documents and other investment related documents as it relates to private market fund investments and/or direct investments;
(4) Experience with monitoring of private market fund investments and/or direct investments and serving on LPACs and/or boards;
(5) Experience in supporting the private market impact investing ecosystem and/or evaluating private market fund investments and/or direct investments with an Environmental and/or social framework.
