This position is in the Excepted Federal Civil Service "under the authority of 32 U.S.C. 709", and is open to all individuals who qualify for membership in the Florida National Guard and are willing to become T32 Dual Status military technicians. If not already a member, are you eligible and wiling to become a member of the FL National Guard if selected?
