I possess one (1) full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent in responsibility and scope to the GS-13 level; or its non-Federal equivalent that included: (1) Lead workflow and other infrastructure development for the higher resolution atmospheric regional modeling systems (2) Lead development of the high resolution ensemble forecast system (3) Collaborating with the scientific community to advance research to operational transition of atmospheric regional modeling systems
