Experience directing the technical, business, modernization, and cultural strategy for development of nationally utilized clinical applications for the current and the future health informatics environments. Experience coordinating the resources necessary for successful project completion, while overseeing all schedules and timelines, change control procedures, resource estimation and management and project maintenance procedures. Experience planning and coordinating implementation of process improvement methods and concepts that improve the quality of health care and clinical software products. Experience collaborating with contributors spanning numerous teams from knowledge management, business and technical architecture, development partnerships, strategic plan and change management.

2. Individual Occupational Requirement: Do you possess an undergraduate or graduate level degree with a Major study in hospital administration, public health administration, or related fields such as business or public administration with course work in health care administration

Do you possess progressively responsible analytical or administrative, or clinical management or supervisory experience in the health care field? This work may have been performed in an operating health care facility or a higher organizational echelon with advisory or directional authority over such facilities. Work must have involved a close working relationship with facility managers and analysis and/or coordination of administrative, clinical, or other service activities, and provided knowledge of the following:
Missions, organizations, programs, and requirements of health care delivery systems;
Regulations and standards of various regulatory and credentialing groups; and
Government-wide, agency; and facility systems and requirements in various administrative areas such as budget, personnel, and procurement.
