Individual Occupational Requirements
Basic Requirements for Contracting Series, 1102

SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR
In addition to the qualification requirements below, candidates must meet the following selective placement factor requirement and submit a copy of their current contracting certification. Selective factors are knowledge, skills, abilities, or special qualifications, that are in addition to the minimum requirements in a qualification standard, but are determined to be essential to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. Applicants who do not meet the selective factor are ineligible for further consideration.
The incumbent must meet all delegated signature authority for a Level II or higher level certification in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) and be currently certified as a Level II Contracting Officer. NOTE: You must include and upload or submit a copy of your current contracting certification.
