A Maintenance Mechanic Leader at this level possesses journeyman knowledge, and answers questions of other workers on procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives in relation to the operation and maintenance of systems such as administrative facilities, lift stations, micro flush restrooms, pit toilet vaults and workshops.
