This position is a Primary law enforcement position. In accordance with Public Law 107-27, applicants must meet age and/or service requirements. The maximum entry age is the date immediately preceding your 37th birthday. I have not reached this date OR I have reached this date AND I have previously served in a Federal civilian position covered by the special retirement provisions of 5 USC 8412(d) and/or 5USC 8336(c), including early or mandatory retirement OR I am a preference eligible veteran.
