Implements and evaluates program management milestones for Information Technology (IT) Programs.

Reviews agency's performance through FISMA metrics, CAP goal performance, annual independence evaluation result, and ISCM strategies.

Monitors and tracks state-of-the art Information Technology (IT) principles and methods, current trends, and security impacts of social applications.

Renders advice to management officials regarding information security programs and initiatives.
10.
Develops and presents briefs to management officials on complex and/or controversial issues.
11.
Coordinates development and/or evaluation of complex budget, program, and legislative proposals.
12.
Applies a wide-range of complex analytic and evaluative methods and techniques to direct, conduct, and complete special analyses and studies that support budget, legislative, and regulatory policymaking for information technology (IT), digital services, and information security programs.
13.
Plans and conducts systematic analysis and examination of qualitative and quantitative records and reports complex problematic and technical information that may impact the agency's budget and operations.
14.
Utilizes analytical techniques to evaluate Federal programs, procedures, and actions.
15.
Establishes milestones for completion of complex assignments, special projects, and high priority tasks.
16.
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to adequately address risks and develop cybersecurity policies.
17.
Resolves complaints and/or addresses controversial issues with tact and diplomacy.
