I have the ability to perform the most difficult and complex work independently as a Custodian Worker (MVO) to perform work in cleaning duties in assigned areas following general instructions such as vacuuming; usage of a heavy cleaner, washes and moving furniture and heavy boxes, crates and other obstacles in order to clean and cleans restrooms. On a regular basis operates light duty motor vehicles maintenance of buildings and grounds; and operating power equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, lawnmowers, snow blowers, and leaf blowers. I often work independently and have led projects. I am considered an expert and work with a high degree of independence.

B. I have the ability to perform the full range work as a Custodian Worker (MVO). I have a full range of experience in cleaning duties in assigned area following general instructions such as vacuuming; usage of a heavy cleaner, washes and replaces fixtures, moving furniture and heavy boxes, crates and other obstacles in order to clean and cleans restrooms. On a regular basis operates light duty motor vehicles. I work on my own initiative under general supervision subject to occasional inspection.

C. I have the ability to perform the common work as a Custodian Worker (MVO). I have common knowledge in cleaning duties in assigned area following general instructions such as vacuuming; usage of a heavy cleaner, washes and replaces fixtures, moving furniture and heavy boxes, crates and other obstacles in order to clean and cleans restrooms. On a regular basis operates light duty motor vehicles. I work under normal supervision of a work leader or higher-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.
