I am exercising my preference eligibility to positions within the local commuting area of the new duty station. I certify that I have not accepted nor declined a permanent, continuing Federal or non-appropriated fund position in the local commuting area of the new duty location.
NOTE 1: Military spouses are eligible for one noncompetitive appointment using their preference eligibility for the duration of the active duty sponsor's relocation to the new permanent duty station, as long as the military spouse has not declined or accepted a permanent, continuing Federal or non-appropriated fund position in the geographical area of the PCS orders. If you certify that you have not used your preference at your sponsor's new duty location and it is discovered to be untrue, you may be subject to loss of MSP and possible disciplinary action.
NOTE 2: MSPs using eligibility EO 13473 cannot be appointed until they have relocated with the military sponsor to the new duty station.

Establish prices for meat products sold through the meat department.

Use proper angle-cutting techniques.
9.
Advise patrons on storage life, temperature and thawing times, and cooking procedures.

Ensure meat products conform to contract standards and specifications.
11.
Ensure merchandising standards are met using the Uniform Retail Meat Identity Standard.
12.
Verify deliveries against requisitions by conducting meatcutting tests, compute markup percentage, and check grades/classes of meat.
13.
Operate grinding equipment to produce ground beef, sausage, veal, and lamb, and conduct fat tests.
14.
Select, sharpen, maintain, clean and use hand tools common to the trade.
15.
Use powered equipment such as knives, electric saws, slicers, grinders and tenderizers.
16.
Cut special order, such as varying types and sizes of steaks and roasts, to include complex special orders such as crown roasts.
17.
Knowledge of muscle, cell and seam structure of different kinds of meats and bone structures.
18.
Recognize lower yield primal/subprimal cuts and adjust them to hight priced cuts to prevent loss.
19.
Inspect equipment and check temperature levels to ensure proper equipment operation and safety.
20.
Perform duties following established safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
