Are you able to do the work of this WG-8 Maintenance Worker position without more than normal supervision, this includes multiple trade disciplines (Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, Electrical and Masonry) and the knowledge to perform as a Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR)?

Schedules and completes preventative maintenance, oil changes, blade sharpening, and proper time to change belts and provide grease jobs.
