Assessment 1
Specialized experience for the GS-15: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal service, public or other private sectors. Specialized experience for this position includes all of the following:
- Experience leading a $5M+ Human Capital systems implementation/integration project (business requirements through implementation) and responsibility for on-going operations and maintenance of these systems and supporting staff; AND
-Experience with the direct responsibility for and delivery of a Human Capital IT capability (Salesforce, SAP Talent Management, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Oracle PeopleSoft HCM v 9.2) with integration to other Human Capital and enterprise systems and other Human Capital applications (recruiting, performance management, succession planning, learning and development, workforce analytics, metrics and ad-hoc reporting, financial systems, benefits and compensation);
