Participate in review of existing contracts before renewal to ensure appropriate integration of cybersecurity agency and Federal Acquisition clauses.
3.
Review current and future cloud service provider contracts and requirements to ensure FedRAMP compliance.

Maintain cybersecurity acquisition requirements for inclusion into the organization's IT acquisition checklist.
5.
Ensure appropriate integration of cybersecurity agency and Federal Acquisition clauses are adhered to when participating in review of existing contracts before renewal.

Apply established administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect records from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
7.
Review and recommend new and revised IT-related systems of records notices and Privacy Act statements.

Ensure finalized documentation is appropriately filed and when needed, submitted to be published for public consumption.

Participate in the design and implementation of processes to ensure compliance of policy pertaining to Privacy with the Agency.

Assist in implementation of established measures, ensuring information security policy awareness and compliance by the organization's staff.

Provide input for mitigation or countermeasures, identify potential areas of concern.

Ensure proper analysis and completion of software and hardware reviews for cybersecurity approval.
