I am exercising my preference eligibility for positions within the local commuting area of my sponsor's current duty station. I certify that I have not accepted nor declined a permanent, continuing Federal appropriated or non-appropriated fund position in the local commuting area of our current duty location.
NOTE 1: Military spouses are eligible for one permanent noncompetitive appointment using their preference eligibility for the duration of the active duty sponsor's assignment to a permanent duty station, as long as the military spouse has not declined or accepted a permanent Federal or non-appropriated fund position in the commuting area of the sponsor's current duty location. If you certify that you have not used your preference at your sponsor's current duty location and it is discovered to be untrue, you may be subject to loss of MSP and possible disciplinary action.

Install items such as electrical systems, circuits, equipment and controls located in living quarters.
7.
Plan out the needed arrangement of electrical equipment in order to resolve problems.
8.
Test the load on a circuit to ensure safe operation.
9.
Install items such as electrical systems, circuits, equipment and controls located in commercial settings.
10.
Operate a vehicle while preventing damage to areas such as vehicle, self and others.
11.
Adhere to safety rules while operating vehicles.
12.
Adhere to safety standards while completing electrical repairs.
13.
Receive assignments from the supervisor through work orders in order to execute the requirements.
14.
Interpret wiring diagrams in order to service the electrical device.
15.
Review building plans in order to determine the appropriate electrical repairs.
16.
Apply information found in engineering drawings in order to complete the necessary repairs.
17.
Identify the various items necessary to make proper electrical repairs such as proper sizes, gauges, conduit, couplings, relays, circuit breakers, and types of wire.
18.
Make electrical repairs utilizing ladders.
19.
Execute electrical repairs utilizing scaffolding where parts of the systems being worked on are in hard-to-reach places.
20.
Lift items such as tools, parts and equipment of various weights.
21.
Lift items with the assistance of lifting devices.
22.
Consult other employees on extremely complicated planning problems.
23.
Disassemble equipment in order to locate the cause of malfunctions.
24.
Determine the proper replacement parts to restore equipment to an operating condition.
25.
Utilize basic formulas to figure out things such as such voltage and amperage.
