Eligibilities
1. In order to qualify for a lateral transfer, you must be a current full-time Tennessee National Guard PERMANENT on-board employee, in the same pay grade or higher and meet the qualification requirements for the position with the same salary range.   If you aren't sure what position you are in, check MyBiz.

Example:  If the announcement is for a WG-5801-10 and you are:
     a.  currently in a WG-5801-10/WG-5801-(higher grade, WL/WS) position, and
     b.  you are a PERMANENT technician (Tenure 1, Tenure 2)
you are eligible to request a lateral. 

***Tenure 0 and Tenure 3 (both temporary), are NOT eligible to lateral.
